Kanna Health is Now Kadence Bio!

We are thrilled to announce that Kanna Health has rebranded and will now be known as Kadence Bio. This is a step forward as we progress on our mission to develop innovative therapeutics that address critical unmet needs in sexual and mental health.

Why Rebrand?

Since our inception, our focus has been on advancing science to improve sexual and mental wellbeing. Our lead asset, KH-001, is currently completing Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE), a condition that significantly impacts the lives of millions globally and for which there is no FDA-approved treatment. As we move forward with further clinical trials and our pipeline program focused on mood disorders, we recognize the need for a brand identity. We want to prevent confusion with unrelated research activity, such as cannabinoids (given the phonetic resemblance of ‘canna-’ with ‘kanna’). Our new name reflects our commitment to advancing sexual and mental wellbeing through clinically validated science, with a reference to time or ‘cadence’ as a unique pharmacokinetic characteristic of our molecules in development.
